We are currently working as normally as possible.
Our offices are closed with our admin team working remotely. All calls are being handled by our virtual telephone system. We have a smaller team of engineers who are handling emergency service calls and installations that we are able to undertake safely and within government guidelines.
Our 24/7 emergency helpline is operating as normal. Our enhanced system management for those with cloud based systems (Risco Lightsys2 ) is working as normal.
